Our holiday flats are perfect for family holidays and for people searching for recreation!

Our house is situated in Krimml over 1.182 m in altitude and it offers a fabulous view of the Hohen Tauern mountain chain, the Krimml Waterfalls and the village Krimml.
If you like to spend your summer vacation in nature, you are at the right place. A familiar, child-friendly and amicable atmosphere is of importance for us.
Our holiday homes for 2-4 people (max. 6 people) are friendly and bright, and are equipped with:
1 kitchen-cum-living room with kitchen and sofa bed  (sleeping facility for 2 persons),  1 sleeping room (double bed and bunk bed), 1 bathroom with Shower, WC,  separate entrance.
There are 30 minutes walking distance to the Krimml Waterfalls along a beautiful hiking trail,  it is just 5 minutes to go there by car.
